SmileBay Realties Limited was first conceived several years ago and became a reality some years back from a conception to birth stage crisis crossing several years of corporate experience both as real estate agents and matured property sales personnel with various firms within the country versed in Real estate sales and business.

It is from the extensive research undertaken by our firm that we have mapped out strategies to eradicate the previous modus operandi of the real estate agency business in Nigeria as well as challenges faced by real estate developers, owners and investors as well as buyers
